DISC stands for DOMINANCE, INFLUENCE, STEADINESS, and COMPLIANCE.
DISC measures BEHAVIOR, not personality, motivation, intelligence, etc.
DRIVING FORCES - WHY YOU ENGAGE (OR RESIST)
Driving Forces measure what motivates people.
There are 12 Driving Forces based on 6 foundational motivators, Theoretical, Utilitarian, Social, Aesthetic, Individualistic, and Traditional
Driving Forces do NOT correlate with DISC styles.
