CBQ – Do our assessment results change?

Let’s briefly discuss SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONAL EVENTS, aka the cause of why our assessment results can and are likely to shift over time. To be clear, results changing isn’t a complete overhaul. While it may be, usually it’s subtle, your DISC style becomes less or more intense. Or the order of your motivators shifts. Not good or bad, but definitely significant!

Take inventory of the last 2 years or even how work has changed in the last 6 months… and reflect on how that has impact your natural style aka YOU.
